ASSISTANT HEADTEACHER (L2-L5)

We are delighted to be advertising an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Headteacher to join our dedicated and forward-thinking leadership team from September 2026.

This is a fantastic time to join our school as we continue our journey of improvement, building on the strong foundations established in recent years. We are seeking a passionate, research-informed practitioner who is committed to achieving the very best outcomes for all children. The successful candidate will play a key strategic role in shaping high-quality teaching and learning across the school, with a particular focus on phonics and early reading, while also supporting the day-to-day leadership and development of staff.

Working closely with the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher, you will help drive our vision forward, promote a culture of high expectations, and inspire both pupils and colleagues alike. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, not only in the classroom but across the whole school community.
